[opensuse-factory] XFCE: Thunar update in the queue

Hi XFCE users, on its way towards XFCE-4.14, the project has released a new Thunar version 1.8. I'm submitting it, together with updated plugins (the API has changed, so plugins need code updates) and a patched xfdesktop, to Factory.
