Basil, I just read an email that talks about stuff that belongs in bugzilla and I thought: wow, is that a beginner who never did bug reports before? And I then I thought: no, this is Basil - he should know!
Oh YOU! You have such a way with words! 8-)
So, have I not done something Right! Use bugzilla.
As I said, you do have such a way with words. So, "Right!" means that I have done something wrong :-) . But you want me to use bugzilla? :-) Just by-the-by, I always worked on the basis that one ought to first find out if others are having the same problem before cluttering up the "bugzilla" with reports which may already have been reported and in the process of being actioned. (But then I've dealt with programmers for many years in my working life and should know that logical approach to a problem is not always something which is part of the equation :-) . A comment by Anonymous comes to mind at times like these: "Remember that the Titanic was built by professionals but the Ark was built by an amateur".)
