[opensuse-factory] [Question] How to add local mirrors into our mirrorbrain?

Hi, all, One of my friend, Aron Xu from Debian, is collecting all openSUSE mirrors across China mainland. According to him, there're many such mirrors from universities. And I asked him to mirror: ---------- ../ debug <== optional distribution factory-snapshot factory-tested repositories source <== optional update across all the local mirrors. Then I'll get a mirror list. Will it be enough to just transfer this list to our server manager( to whom?), or do I still need some additional setup on the local mirrors to make them compatible with mirrorbrain?
