Good idea. There is indeed no South american mirror at the moment, unfortunately, which hosts 11.0. I have set the countries Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Paraguay, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela to be sent to US mirrors now.
