Hello list, I'm writing to this list because of a request of Chromium's mantainer. For some reason, Chromium and chromium-ffmpegsumo from openSUSE have MP3 and MP4 support. The reporter of that bug and I reproduced a MP4 video with sucess, and I reproduced a MP3 audio with success. We're only using chromium-ffmpegsumo from openSUSE (not chromium-ffmpeg from Packman). But it appears the mantainer (Raymond Wooninck) didn't understand what's happening. See the bug: bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=847971 So, I'd like your help to conffirm if this bug is valid and what can be done in this case. Or is it fine to Chromium reproducing MP3 and MP4 using the chromium-ffmpegsumo from openSUSE?
