[opensuse-factory] EOT RewriteRule: add content to the wiki (was: Warning / ANNOUNCE : upcoming changes in upstream systemd regarding /media, /tmp and /var/run | /var/lock)

Can we all please focus on collecting all the pros and cons in the wiki? Else we'll see this type of discussion again and again and don't bring the issue one littel step forward. To any of you: this doesn't say anything about the direction to go. Also the systemd documentation must be consolidated. Even this has to be added to the cons. And this is a task also those of you can address which again and again claim they're not able to contribute code.
