[opensuse-factory] icon of networkmanager still appears in systray in KDE4.1

Hi all. Although networkmanager isn´t running and i quit it in systray, after restart icon of networkmanager appears again in systray. Is it feature or bug? If it would be feature, my question is, why should icon be launched in systray, if i don´t use networkmanager? I´m on Alpha2 and KDE 4.1.1 (KDE 4.1.0 (4.1 >= 20080722)) "release 17".
