So far, RC1 looks pretty good. There are just a few things that caught my attention:
- What happened to the media check? When I installed from DVD I was not asked if I wanted to check the installation media. Is this a bug or a feature? I know it was there before...
Known bug, already reported in bugzilla.
- Online update is giving a number of people a headache that installed completely offline, see bug #308832. It was filed for beta3, but it is still not working properly in RC1.
There's a yast module that can be used.
- What happened to the German release notes? I have release notes in lots of languages, but the German version is not in the rpm.
