[opensuse-factory] Plasma 5.3 - Configure Desktop - can't use functions that require root

HI Tried a few things in "Configure Desktop" that require root password to apply e.g. tried to change KDM login theme but when you press <Apply>, you get this message "Unable to authenticate/execute the action: (code 4)". I could launch Yast from "Configure Desktop" as it correctly prompts for password.
