I'm not sure if it was ever possible, but there is no option for that (via right-click) in the current KDE4 here.
Someone pointed out that i could modify its config file to get the same response but i can't remember where it is. All i've found is an XML and Qml file for it but thats only for the config of the popup on right clicking the Logout/Lock widget.
Those XML and QML files are the widget itself, not some configuration.
Is this still possible to do under plasma 5.3?
Probably the same as in KDE4? systemsettings5->Startup and Shutdown->Session Management->Confirm Logout
Please note that I haven't tested this, but the option still exists in systemsettings5.
