[opensuse-factory] Default Security Suggestion

Hey, I was wondering if we could change the default security settings in openSUSE to have more secure /home/ directories? At minimum I think we should have chmod 700 on all users home directories. But I think also either doing user private groups (Like fedora and ubuntu, where your users default group is created specifically for your user) or setting up some default access lists could also help.
