Huh. Misunderstanding here. When I say that TW is for experts, or at least for experienced users, I'm not thinking only of zypper. I'm thinking of the overall TW concept. It is inherent to being on the edge of development. Changes appears constantly, and sometimes causing breakage (or partial breakage). Ok, must of it is catched by openQA, but other things are detected later, by humans. Even without breakage, changes in services and applications means that the administrators and users have to read docs and adapt their setups; and being the edge, it is these users who have to find out how to deal with these changes on their own: chances are they are the first to do it in the entire world.
