Re: Plan to delete vagrant & Virtualization:vagrant by the end of November

Hello! I want to resume deleting vagrant, I think no one will mind. Vagrant doesn't work with ruby 3.3.5 and virtualbox 7.1 and it's not fixed even in upstream and more and more rubygem-specific problems are popping up.
