I just upgraded my machine to Tumbleweed snapshot 20240614 and I'm seeing partially messed up graphics on KDE with some fonts scrambled and the mouse pointer vanishing when hovering over certain applications such as Spotify.

In the past similar problems were due to stale Mesa cache. Try deleting ~/.cache.
