Hi,

There are likely a bunch of packages that won't be able to correctly update, as a lot of packages (~ 600) currently fail to build in openSUSE:Factory. All those are candidates to cause trouble.
You are not wrong, I've got a download of 3533 :)
At my side about 5641 / 5311 packages. But problem is, this exceeds the max. 5200 packages on Plasma update tool!
How to fix this for a user are not able to run command line "zypper dup"?
By the way, rpmconfigcheck delivers some changed settings, but a look inside shows no difference. But if I replace the binary file?! /etc/localtime.rpmnew with /etc/localtime, the timezone was lost and my time switched 2h backwards to UTC
Changes at my desktop: /etc/fonts/conf.d/30-metric-aliases.conf.rpmsave /etc/localtime.rpmnew /etc/texmf/tex/generic/config/language.dat.rpmsave /etc/texmf/tex/generic/config/language.dat.lua.rpmsave /etc/texmf/tex/generic/config/language.def.rpmsave /etc/texmf/web2c/fmtutil.cnf.rpmnew
So there was no manual change in the file I replaced the original one with this files.
supposedly, rpmnew and rpmsave are to provide "standard" or "default" configuration files where the system's configuration files have been changed. But there is no /etc/localtime ".conf" file. This is probably an error, but we must wait for someone more knowledgable the I for explanation. where you see no diff, probably a space or some whitespace char. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet freenode -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
