Upgrading Mesa to 24.1.1 fixes the problem.

Install with:

# zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:XOrg/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/X11:...
# zypper refresh
# zypper in --allow-vendor-change Mesa-24.1.1-1582.1.x86_64

and then reboot.
