[Bug 1227880] New: Firefox crashes often when in a Wayland session
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1227880 Bug ID: 1227880 Summary: Firefox crashes often when in a Wayland session Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: x86-64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Firefox Assignee: factory-mozilla@lists.opensuse.org Reporter: pilotictv@duck.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Target Milestone: --- Found By: --- Blocker: --- This began with the update to Plasma 6. I'm currently using Firefox 127.0.2 with nvidia driver 555.58.02. When I start Firefox from a console I get this error when it crashes: "Wayland protocol error: wp_linux_drm_syncobj_surface_v1#49: error 4: explicit sync is used, but no acquire point is set" I'm currently on Plasma 6.1.2. I checked the openSUSE forums and apparently this isn't a widespread problem, but it's happening to me. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

Is there a chance this won't happen with the openSUSE version? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
