With this update it no longer presents an OAUTH2 dialog for IMAP. My employer uses Microsoft Office365 and OAUTH2 is essential. This used to work. Even with a clean install and nuking the previous configuration it will never prompt for OAUTH2 authentication like it used to. Note that the OAUTH2 dialog DOES work with SMTP, but not IMAP. Searching the Internet reveals that this is a common problem with this release. Please upgrade Thunderbird to a newer release for 15.4. There's no way to reenable them once they're flagged as disabled for this reason (the flag can't be manually cleared it seems), short of reinstalling the extension - that's what the Mozilla Firefox docs say at least. Apparently, some people managed to just install the extension on top (without first uninstalling them), which may preserve settings. THIS UPDATE NEEDS TO BE RETRACTED IMMEDIATELY! This is very, very bad to heavily customized FF setups. There's no current remedy that preserves add-on settings, or is there? Not even "xpinstall.signatures.required to false" (as an 'advanced' workaround documented by Mozilla) will re-enable the disabled plugins. I guess they are marked in the profile now and need to be reinstalled potentially. Mar 11 20:41:30.691185 susetest kernel: firefox invoked oom-killer: gfp_mask=0x140cca(GFP_HIGHUSER_MOVABLE|__GFP_COMP), order=0, oom_score_adj=100 Mar 11 20:41:30.881008 susetest kernel: CPU: 0 PID: 4245 Comm: firefox Tainted: G n 6.4.0-150600.9-default #1 SLE15-SP6 3c8e733979fdbcdb4a6e86e1f33921ba7364d90b` Similarly it is super slow on Plasma 5.27 (again in openQA) but doesn't get to the point that OOM would kill it. In comparison chromium works on a machine with 2GB ram. openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.6-DVD-aarch64-gnome@aarch64 fails in [firefox](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/4006074/modules/firefox/steps/29) This started to happen with our last 15.6 build 630.1. The problem with 4GB is that this is our currently recommended minimum.
