Re: [opensuse-edu] Contribution to the Education Project

Sebastion, As you can see we have a great deal of software that exist in the education desktop repository. What we need most is for people to install these and document the installation process as is done here : http://en.opensuse.org/Installing_MOODLE and combine the information with a style like this http://en.opensuse.org/Scribus using an icon or image and a description with a link to the home page and please feel free to sign your page. "Sebastian Dziallas" <sebastian.dziallas@yahoo.de> 7/30/2007 9:36:30 AM >>> Hi there,
my name is Sebastian Dziallas, I am a german student and I would like to contribute to the openSUSE Education Project. To introduce myself a little bit more, I am part of a group of students, who are administrating at our school the computer system together with two teachers. At the moment we have a mixed environment, with mainly Windows Computers. But since I (and also one of the teachers) am using openSUSE at home, we would also like to extend the number of computers running Linux. Since we have now holidays it is a bit difficult to test a lot of packages in our system, but in the future, we could test the different packages. So I could for example propose to translate now some wiki pages: I am a native german speaker, but I also speak English and partly French. Maybe, you could let me know how I can help you. Best Regards, Sebastian Dziallas ___________________________________________________________ Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm. Hier gelangen Sie zum neuen Yahoo!
