RE: [suse-linux-uk-schools] Using identd to log users

I have a list in /var/squidGuard/db called allow_local where I add url's and domains I want to allow. Can I use acl's to resrict some users to accessing only these? -----Original Message----- From: Dug Stokes [mailto:dst@gilberd.essex.sch.uk] Sent: 09 December 2002 13:09 To: 'Brett Roberts' Cc: 'suse-linux-uk-schools@suse.com' Subject: RE: [suse-linux-uk-schools] Using identd to log users Yep, just use an ACL - I used: acl banuser user1 user2 user3 http_access deny banuser With webmin (www.webmin.com) its really easy! Is there a way in which I can use ACL's to use the usernames to deny access to certain users? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: suse-linux-uk-schools-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands, e-mail: suse-linux-uk-schools-help@suse.com
