RE: [suse-linux-uk-schools] SuSE LiveEval on RM Connect Network
Is SMB likely to work, so I'll be able to access "MyWork" without any problems after authenticating?
Only half an answer as I haven't done this on an RM network.... If from a windows workstation command prompt you can successfully use net use g: \\<server>\<share> then I'd expect the Linux stuff to work via SMB. -- ******************************************************************************** All mail sent and received may be examined to prevent transmission of unacceptable material. Yes, I think that would work; I'm just wondering if there's an propreitary RM nonsense I need to contend with ;) - -- Cheers, Chris Howells -- chris@chrishowells.co.uk, howells@kde.org Web: http://chrishowells.co.uk, PGP key: http://chrishowells.co.uk/pgp.txt KDE: http://www.koffice.org, http://edu.kde.org, http://usability.kde.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8d68LF8Iu1zN5WiwRAvmXAKCnufW7YDvEsbMznizw/ovnrhsdZACfWAqf 0p09P+fl3qqY2LSzXYsz1nU= =7L8/ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
