Hi,
Someone here posted up a plone site about 8 months ago. It was to demonstrate what could be done with open source software (almost) out of the box.
Well, thanks! I got into plone as a direct result.
Our site's just gone live. Anyone can use it as an example of opensource or plone, if it'll help in any way.

Children's content will be going live this week. They've nearly got it "site ready" - Year 5 ICT club, and Year 6 Writer's Club.

Hi all I find phpwebsite v useful. Each dept in school has the ability to edit their own pages (not that they do ;( )
As it is originally from Apalachian University it is very school friendly http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu/
Kind regards Simon

Here we've been wandering down the Mambo route: www.mamboserver.com, a great package that's nice and flexible. Being based on php, like phpvwebsite, its relatively easy to customise it too.
