Re: [suse-linux-uk-schools] NT client access licences
In theory you may only sell on CALs that have not been used (i.e. not
opened)
However, how one goes about proving the status of licences if the servers
have been scrapped is anyone's guess.
CALs appear to be transferrable from server to server within a network, or
within a single organisation.
Not much help, but there again it _is_ MS.
Regards,
Paul.

I've been looking into things a little this morning, but not turned anything up. It turns out that although we have bought over 100 CALs we don't actually physically have a single licence, just certificates from our various suppliers confirming that we have bought n licences. Does anyone have an actual licence they can scan so I can have a read? Cheers -- Phil Driscoll
