In order to get a better idea of the requirements for the SchoolTool application, it would be most helpful if user stories could be provided. A user story is a short description of a major feature of the proposed system written by the user, as opposed to a developer of the system. It typically has a title and is only a few sentences. Here is an example : Add New User ------------ A new user needs access to the system. They contact the system administrator, who records their first name, last name, phone number and email address. The new user's username must be unique. The new user can be given different access rights. These stories are collected and will form the basis of the system requirements. Later on in the development process more details are gathered so that the features can be implemented successfully.
