I need to get a new external modem that I can plug in to either my NT or Linux box. What modems can Linux work with? What are people here using? Should I go for a name I recognize, say Hayes or 3Com-USR or is Linux not fussy?
Just about any external modem (except those shady WinModem types) will work...
