No, its not a hoax, the Systems Manager has been in contact with the OFT. It is genuine questionnaire and all threats are valid. And by the way you can't ignore it, please see the Completion Act 1988. (whatever that says).

Our Systems Manager has been given a multi page document from the Office of Fair Trading containing 21 questions (with multiple sub sections) with regards to Microsoft schools agreement. He has been threatened with a public hanging if not completed in full. Anyone else received this piece of b******s?
