Adding a second ADSL link

We have and ADSL link via Easynet. I'd like to increase our bandwidth further. This leads to 2 questions in my mind: Should I use a different ISP? How can I configure one proxy server to balance use of 2 adsl lines? Any comments or ideas, please.
