Lol, Bad Martin - get a debian-linux-uk-schools. Actually, this list seems to be the only source of non-capita-SIMS info (Linux or not!) and Linux in relation to schools. I'm only 16 (Sixth Form) - not really involed with "Admin" as such, more our in-house Content Management System (CMS) and our in-house 24 Hour School implementation. (viz: http://www.solented.co.uk/24hs.php) Anyone else hiding in the wordwork? BTW: back on topic, apparatentley you can use perl/Net::FTP to make this work. == Kyle Williamson Solent Educational Limited Tel: (023) 80 848319 Fax: (023) 80 848715 -----Original Message----- From: Martin Orr [mailto:martin@walnut.methody.org] Sent: 24 February 2003 19:53 To: suse-linux-uk-schools@suse.com Subject: Re: [suse-linux-uk-schools] cron job with ftp On Mon, Feb 24, 2003 at 03:20:08PM +0000, Steve Palmer wrote:

I'm 15 and I've had more or less sole administrative responsibility for our school Linux servers for 2.5 years now - there's just no one else in the school has much knowledge of Linux. (BTW, I shouldn't really be on this list - we use Debian.) Martin
