Last night I attended a DfEE/NGfL meeting entitled "The Classroom of the Future" as a Governor of our local Primary School. This is one of a series of meeting. It was an interesting meeting but seemed mainly targeted at secondary schools. However, there were only four exhibitors; BECTA, BBC, BT and Microsoft. There was no evidence of Open Source even when I questioned the BECTa representative. Was SuSE invited to attend this? It Doesn't look like it from the list of exhibitors in the back of the glossy handout. Is it worth volunteering? I think there are more to come. Cheers Paul
