Configuration of this mailing list ....

Is it possible to get replies to this list to go back to the list ? I send my reply, then wait around for it to appear, and then just realised that all emails have 'reply to' set to the sender ... This means that we are probably missing quite a bit of discussion as the responses are not sent back to the list ... Just wondering, Kevin (Northants Linux Users Group)
