Fuel for the flames (as they say) - anybody read the article in I.T. Week re-removal of win'95 support/supply/etc? Comments on possible impact on schools of being forced to use win'98 / Win ME / Win 2000?
The problem with WIN98/ME is that they don't actually add very much of value to school users over WIN95, but do add extra security problems and shortcommings. As for 2000, if people are likely to have to start junking apps then things don't look too good for MS. -- Mark Evans St. Peter's CofE High School Phone: +44 1392 204764 X109 Fax: +44 1392 204763
