[opensuse-edu] New Logo

Hello I have designed a new logo for openSUSE Education. The design of the new Logo is simpler and reduced to the two basic key elements, the chameleon for openSUSE and the doctoral cap as symbol for Education. The new design of the logo is easier to keep in mind and easily replicated by a line drawing.
