Suse 8.2 joining a windows 2003 domain

Having fixed our mail server I have now hit a second problem! Most of our linux servers are running suse 9.1, though our intranet is still on 8.2. Since upgrading our windows servers to windows 2003 SP1 I have found that I need samba 3.0.14a and Heimdal kerberos 0.6 (I think) The samba rpms are available for 8.2 but kerberos is proving elusive. I want to try to avoid having to install gcc et all and compile from scratch, does anyone know of a rpm that would work? Could the 9.0/9.1 one work on 8.2? Thanks Rob Keeling
