Summary: Support DataBase on using YAST Repair Module is NOT valid with 10.3 GM DVD or CD1? Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: PC OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Documentation AssignedTo: ke@novell.com ReportedBy: alpha096@virginbroadband.com.au QAContact: ke@novell.com Estimated Hours: 0.0 Found By: Customer
The information in the Support Data Base on using the Yast Repair Module in version 10.3 is incorrect. It indicates the Yast2 Repair Module exists on DVD GM or CD1? The following URL indicates the issue http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:YaST_System_Repair I am unable to verify the author's email address which is missing from the title in edit mode and request you to correct this document and specify that 10.3 DVD or CD1? does NOT contain YAST2 repair modules. See:Bug 329702 - yast2-repair module broken If we correct this document perhaps this will limit any further bug report duplications.
I dublicated your report on the discussion page. I also do not know whether bugzilla is the proper place for reporting SDB issues. The SDB is now opened to the community and thus maintained by interested members. Maybe, sending a note to the opensuse-doc@opensuse.org ML could be an appropriate action to make the docs poeple aware of it. I just noticed that we also have openSUSE.org as a "Product" in bugzilla. Assigning that way :) -- Karl Eichwalder R&D / Documentation SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nuernberg) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-doc+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-doc+help@opensuse.org
