If I remember correctly, we also offered this on this list some time ago. At least I have done that once in a while, and it is not too hard to do. In reality this is not only placing XML tags around text, often you also have to restructure sections, add intros, and create some graphics. Sometimes it is even correcting errors ... However, if you know of such a case, don't hesitate to ask on this list, I believe that we will find a solution.
