Thanks for your question, Alexey! I looked at the manuals and they seem quite similar from what we already have in our openSUSE documentation. Apart from that I am not sure about the license. I am not an expert in legal issues but I doubt it will be compatible with our GFDL. What you could do is to create an abstract where appropriate and link to the respective chapter(s) in the Mandrive/Mandrake manual.
