[opensuse-doc] 12.2 Release Notes and Nvidia Graphics Cards

The 12.2 Release Notes ask if the entry "initialising Graphics with KMS" is still needed?". Given bug 768638, the Release Notes need to state that Nvidia graphics cards may cause udev errors and prevent the distribution DVD, CD etc starting up correctly.
