It seems that the package spacewalk-setup-postgresql is not used during the Uyuni setup phase. It is not installed on Enterprise Linux and not even available on LEAP 15.3.

In April, changes were still done to that package.

Can this package be removed then?

Currently this package is not used, but that may change in future when we need an installation procedure for a standalone DB for uyuni. I know we can remove code and bring it back later, but I am not a big fan of it.
