It seems that OBS didn't manage to publish the correct chromium package after it published v8. The correct chromium release is 9.0.582 and has been build correctly. For i586 it was published, but currently the x86_64 repo is still building some packages. So this issue should be resolved with the next update of Contrib. As that the v8 and chromium versions are very much connected to eachother it is never advisable to break this dependency. This normally leads to an broken browser.
