Hi, I'd like to push a codelite package from my home repo to O:F:C. https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=CodeLite&project=home%3AFisiu Current package needs wxGTK-devel >= 2.8.10 as BuildRequires but this dependency is filed only for openSUSE >= 11.2. I linked wxGTK from 11.2 to make it available for builder < 11.2 (http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-packaging/2010-03/msg00013.html) Codelite build fails on openSUSE 11.1 with stock wxGTK. And what should I do now? Make a new request for wxGTK (request may fail due to rule of O:F:C - no duplicate packages) or drop codelite for openSUSE 11.1? Any other idea? -- Pozdrawiam / Best regards, Mariusz Fik, openSUSE Community Member

It is only necessary that the package builds for Factory because 11.1 and 11.2 build targets are considered unsupported [*]. You could mention that it does not build for 11.1 in the request comment, so the reviewer knows that he should disable building for 11.1 after accepting the package. [*] We should really explain the 11.1/11.2 build targets in http://en.opensuse.org/Contrib.
