Fosdem talk about collaboration features and Contrib
Hey Peepz, im going to do a talk at FOSDEM this year about the collaboration features of the Buildservice[1]. I want to use Contrib and Factory as two examples for this. So far i have the following structure: 1. Explain Buildservice Terminology - What do we collaborate on - From project to binary 2. Explain the methods the build service allows for collaboration - Granting Matinainership on Projects - Granting Maintainership on Packages - Submitrequests 3. Explain possible project structures - Contrib's mixture of Maintainership and Submitrequests - Possible setups for Factory in the Future - explain what Factory is - explain what Factory means for openSUSE and SLE - explain requirements for Factory - show possible setups I would like to take the opportunity to ask for feedback from you guys. Did i miss anything or should i leave something out? What do you think? Henne [1] http://fosdem.org/2009/schedule/events/opensuse_obs_collaboration -- Henne Vogelsang, openSUSE. Bugowner. It's all good and well people being able to use it, but how do they send feedback etc. This is a good collaborative function.
