do we only _link packages or is it ok to maintain directly in Contrib?
The current discussion says you have to maintain in Contrib.
Whom to contact to add a link or a package with
The current discussion says you have to send an email to
opensuse-contrib. I think this needs to be changed to use osc
submitreq. But for now i would send emails.
