I need to organize moving of video-equipment into the rooms. - Can we access the rooms already during the weekend? If so, when do they close on Sunday night? Hello, I asked Theo a long time ago but he didn't know. Regarding my presentation (he told me it'll be at venue 2), I'll need place to change clothes before presentation (so locked storage room as Juergen asked, to leave clothes there). Also I asked if there will be at the room equipment to play sound. I don't know if this is the right place to ask. I hope it is. Thanks.
