I sent an e-mail to gnome's list, but Vincent said to ask organizers. I guess it's better to ask here. Yesterday was Gnome 3.6 release. Do you think we can have a party during conference? I don't know the schedule, planned parties or even places to gather in Prague. Do you think it's easy to have such gathering? Drink beer and maybe eat something. Thanks Stathis

the organizers are way too busy to organize yet another party. We plan to have a welcome party on Friday and a big party on Saturday (details soon), the rest of the days are open, so it would be better if projects like GNOME could organize their own events/dinners. We definitely have no time or budget to take this over. We're willing to help with minor tasks and provide suggestions though Hello,

Actually, I was thinking if some locals can help organizing, since organizers must be very busy right now. As for budget, everyone pays what he/she eats-drinks. Only time needed from someone to book a place. Regarding how many people that Stella asked, I really don't know right now. Maybe we can ask conference-visitors list. Thanks for your help.
