[opensuse-conference] press - FYI
Hi all, FYI on the press side: We will almost-100%-sure have two media partners this year: linux-new-media and LWN. Both will advertise for us as well as send us a journalist to cover the conference. I'm talking with the SUSE press/media people, Vera Schneider and Brigitte Haas, to get more press there and organize a meeting with SUSE management for them as well as interviews. Cheers, Jos

I understood Jos that he wants the same done as the last two years: One day with SUSE management, several days participate at the openSUSE conference and talk with attendees there... But yeah, we should create a list of 'interesting people to interview' as usual. And have a good idea of what we want the press to take away from this whole thing, too...

Me saying the above can be taken as "I'll make that happen" ;-)

What did you mean by this question? The interviews, btw, is about making a list of cool openSUSE people so the press can interview them/talk to them.

The interesting people to interview at the openSUSE Conference are not the SUSE managers IMHO :) Where is that list of interview worthy people at? Henne -- Henne Vogelsang, openSUSE.
