Hi, I just spoke with the guy from the university and current status is three faculties down, two to get decided (one promised to get answer back by tomorrow, other one I'm going to call in few minutes) and there are dormitories in the same campus that has one big enough presentation room and several smaller ones, so that might be doable as well. What I can tell right now... I still thing it is awesome idea to have it all together and attract even outsiders to our conference and that it is worth it. What we need to sacrifice - two days will be in different building in the campus.
