[opensuse-conference] about the LinuxDays website
Hi, has the Faculty where we are celebrating the conference something to do with the LinuxDays website? I'm going through the contract with them and it looks like they do. Can somebody tell me about this, please. saludos -- Agustin Benito Bethencourt openSUSE Team Lead at SUSE abebe@suse.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-conference+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-conference+owner@opensuse.org

Not directly, this website is managed by organizers of the conference some of them being University students. But hosting and domain name is owned by Liberix - non-profit organization that promotes open source. They just own it, and provide it to organizers, just in case that there will be some change in University in the future which would prevent the conference from happening there, the name and "trademark" will be owned by 3rd party everybody trusts. Basically, you can talk to me, depends on what you want/need. -- Michal Hrusecky <Michal@Hrusecky.net> -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-conference+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-conference+owner@opensuse.org

Quite new to this list, just a (maybe) silly question. Is there another event called Linuxday.
Sorry about that, but I only know the Linuxday [1] in Vorarlberg (a federal state of Austria) organized by the local community and the LinuxTag [2] (where "Tag" is the German word for English "day") organized by the LinuxTag e.
