Hi to all, As probably many of you know I was active in SUSE and openSUSE translations some years ago. I'm very happy to see a thriving community nowdays and very pleased that there will be an openSUSE Conference in my city in July. I'm coming with my openSUSE 6.4 box, which was also the distribution that I started my personal adventure in GNU/Linux (hash symbol these days was the progress bar!) Almost 14 years have passed since then, and in 2013 I'm the operations manager for LPI Greece and I have to make a suggestion. This is to organise an LPI Exam Lab during openSUSE Conference. LPI Greece would be happy to offer LPI newly updated (July 2012) exams to the audience of openSUSE enthousiasts. Please note the SUSE Partnership of LPI (http://www.lpi.org/linux-certifications/partnership-programs/suse) which means that that holders of LPIC certifications are now eligible to apply for and receive the SUSE Certified Linux Administrator (CLA) certification at no additional cost or exams. It would be my pleasure to cooperate with openSUSE Conference for the promotion of certification in GNU/Linux. -- Operations Manager LPI Greece -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-conference+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-conference+owner@opensuse.org
