Jos and myself created a short survey about the openSUSE conference to get feedback about it: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/C96DT72
Please review and send your comments on how to improve it and then I'll make this public on Thursday morning...
- I am not certain of the value of question one. It is nice to know if people were at the conference previously, but I think it is more valuable to find out if they would come again. I suggest the following for question one: Based on this years conference experience are you expecting to participate in the next openSUSE conference? Yes/No - Question 2, add a selection box for SUSE employees that are not part of the Labs organization. - Question 3, provide a bigger box for "Other" - Add some questions that directly ask about the sessions ~ How would you rate the overall offering of sessions : Good mix of technical/non technical : Good mix of BoF/presentation style : Technical session covered topic in sufficient depth : Overall quality of sessions Each of thees should have a ranking from porr to execllent - Add some questions that specifically address the SUSE Labs "track" ~ Do think it was beneficial to openSUSE to have the SUSE Labs conference at the same time/place ~ Did you get an opportunity to meet some of the SUSE Labs hackers ~ Would you have liked a more formal opportunity to meet SUSE labs team members These could all be yes/no answers - Add some specific questions about the conference, we will not get this in the free form comments ~ Length of the conference (4 days) Multiple choice of: Too long Just right Too short ~ Opportunity to meet new people ~ Do you feel the community is clique ~ Did you feel welcome My $0.02 Robert -- Robert Schweikert MAY THE SOURCE BE WITH YOU SUSE-IBM Software Integration Center LINUX Tech Lead rjschwei@suse.com rschweik@ca.ibm.com 781-464-8147 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-conference+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-conference+help@opensuse.org
