Hello, I have a question around openstack release repos of OpenSUSE : How frequently does the openstack release repo get updated?
we just had a fix merged to neutron for mitaka release https://review.openstack.org/#/c/330817/ How soon can we expect the openstack-neutron package in mitaka repo https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/Cloud:OpenStack:Mitaka/openstack-neu... to get updated with this change ? because we use official rpms of opensuse in our deployment, we would like to have this fix updated so we can update our repos with the fix included :) thanks Imran Malik Software Engineer EMC Corporation
Here I'm cc'ing your mail to the correct list address - I think the original went to the subscription address by mistake. IIUC, currently source in the Cloud:OpenStack:$VERSION:Staging repos are updated daily from git: https://ci.opensuse.org/view/OpenStack/job/openstack-trackupstream/ and then when the cleanvm job succeeds, the results are automatically submitted to Cloud:OpenStack:$VERSION. https://ci.opensuse.org/view/OpenStack/job/openstack-cleanvm/ However this process has several problems which causes regular failures and makes it hard to identify where they came from. Last week our team had some internal discussions about it, and came up with some ideas for improvement. But perhaps Dirk or Vincent wants to give some more details on that :-) Regards, Adam -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-cloud+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-cloud+owner@opensuse.org
